Shipping & trade terms
Choose a trade term and a named place that match your order and transport method. Freight, customs responsibilities and lead times are confirmed in the written quotation.
Named places matter
State the collection address, port or delivery destination with the trade term. EXW, FCA and DAP may apply to different transport arrangements; the exact responsibilities must be agreed for your transaction.
Sea transport: FOB and CIF
FOB and CIF are sea and inland waterway terms. For container shipments or other modes, discuss a suitable term such as FCA with your logistics provider. A quoted CIF price does not mean import duties or all destination charges are included.
Packing and shipment estimates
Carton dimensions, quantities and gross/net weight form the basis of CBM and packing calculations. Final figures depend on actual packing. Freight estimates require a current carrier or forwarder quotation.
European import requirements
Confirm the applicable product requirements, documentation, import duties and VAT with your customs adviser. We only state certifications or conformity evidence that are actually available for the specific product.
Samples and timing
Samples and orders follow separately confirmed costs and schedules. Product availability, courier service and customs clearance can affect delivery. We do not promise an unconfirmed delivery date.
