MOQ depends on product, specification, material, finish and packaging. We confirm it after reviewing the project.
Can you provide samples?
Sample availability, cost and delivery timing are confirmed for the requested product. Include your sample needs in the enquiry.
Do you offer OEM or private label?
OEM, product configuration and private-label packaging can be discussed according to the brief and order volume.
How is quality checked?
Inspection points and acceptance criteria are agreed for the order. See our Quality Control page for the process.
Which markets do you ship to?
Destination and shipping terms are reviewed for each quotation. Include your delivery country and preferred Incoterm if known.
