Quality is checked against agreed requirements.

Inspection scope and acceptance criteria are established for the product and order, then confirmed in the quotation and order documents.

INSPECTION WORKFLOW

From agreed specifications to shipment review

Define what will be checked and how results will be recorded before an order is placed.

  1. Specification review

Confirm material, dimensions, finish, function and reference samples.

  2. Inspection plan

Agree checks, sampling, tolerances and acceptance criteria.

  3. Product checks

Review appearance, dimensions and function against the agreed plan.

  4. Packing review

Check quantity, packaging, labels and carton marks as agreed.

  5. Results & release

Record findings and resolve discrepancies before shipment arrangements.

Inspection scope, sampling and any third-party services are agreed per order. No certification is assumed.

Specification first

Material, dimensions, finish, function and packaging are recorded and reviewed before order confirmation. Reference samples or drawings can be used where appropriate.

Inspection planning

Inspection points, sampling approach, records and any third-party inspection arrangements should be agreed before production. Order-specific checks can include visual finish, dimensions, function, quantity and carton marking.

Evidence and certificates

Inspection records and product documents are provided only where agreed and available. Applicable regulatory requirements must be assessed for the destination market and product; certificates are never assumed.
